Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We only ship within India. International shipping coming soon!
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can also track from “My Orders” and "Track your order" in your account on our website.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2-3 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 3-5 business days. Remote areas: 5-7 business days
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select size, add to cart, and checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS immediately.
What are your shipping charges?
Orders above ₹499: FREE shippingOrders below ₹499: ₹99 shipping charge
Do you deliver on weekends
Yes, our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery depends on your location.
Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp [your number] with your order number.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Check tracking first. If delayed beyond 7 days from order date, contact us immediately — we’ll fix it.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! Available for orders under ₹3000 in select pin codes. A minimum ₹50 COD charge applies.

What is your return policy?
• Elite Collection: Returns allowed within 3 days after delivery
• Rare & Mythic: NO returns (limited edition)
How do I return an item?

2. Share order number and reason
3. We arrange pickup (free for defects, ₹99 for fit/size issues)
When will I get my refund?
• Online payment: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
• COD orders: Bank transfer in 7-10 days (need your bank details)
What if the product is damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll replace or refund — even for Rare/Mythic. Free return pickup.
I received the wrong item/size. What now?
Our mistake! Contact us — we’ll send correct item free and arrange pickup.
What are the conditions for returns?
• Unused, unwashed, original tags intact
• No stains, damage, or alterations
• Must contact us within 3 days of delivery
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, Elite Collection only. Subject to stock availability. Contact within 3 days.
Can I cancel my order?
• Before dispatch: Yes, full refund
• After dispatch: No cancellation, but Elite can be returned after delivery

Always size up. Kids grow fast!
Can I get sizing help before ordering?

Do your clothes run small or large?

It’s a temporary hold or an error from the bank or third-party transactional platform — auto-refunds in 2-5 days. If not, contact us with transaction details.

• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
• Turn inside out
• Mild detergent, no bleach
Rare & Mythic (Ethnic/Embellished):
• Hand wash or dry clean
• No wringing
How do I iron?
Medium heat, iron inside out. Use cloth barrier for embellishments.
How do I maintain colors?
• Wash dark colors separately
• Air dry in shade (no direct sunlight)
• Use color-safe detergent
