Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

We accept multiple secure payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and COD (if available).

For exclusive or premium collections, advance payment may be required.

We offer shipping across India.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the product category.

6. Returns & Exchanges


Returns:

Because every piece is made with love and care, we’re unable to accept returns once an order is confirmed.

However, products from our Elif Line and Elif Tier collections can be returned within 3 days of delivery. To request a return for these special products, please contact our Seller Security team at support@sanaclothing.in or via WhatsApp. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

 

Exchanges:

If the fit isn’t quite right, don’t worry! We’re happy to offer a free exchange within 3 days of delivery on most products. Just reach out — we’ll make it right for you.
