Refund policy
Elite Collection – Returns & Exchanges:
Elite Collection products are eligible for returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. A processing fee of ₹99 applies.
RETURNS
Eligibility:
- Product delivered within the last 3 days
- Product is unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are attached
- Product is in original packaging
- Product is in resalable condition
Process:
1. Contact us with your order number
2. State your reason for return
3. We will confirm eligibility
4. Pickup will be arranged at your address
5. Product will be inspected upon receipt
6. Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Amount:
- Original payment amount minus Rs 100
- Refunded to the original payment method
EXCHANGES
Eligibility:
- Same conditions as returns
- Subject to the availability of the requested size or colour
Process:
1. Contact us with your order number
2. State the size or colour you need
3. We will confirm availability
4. If available, pickup will be arranged
5. New product shipped within 2-3 days of receiving the original
6. Rs 100 processing fee applies
If Unavailable:
- If the requested size is not available, we will process a refund instead

- Products that have been worn or washed
- Products without original tags
- Products not in original packaging
- Products with stains, damage, or alterations
- Products with perfume or deodorant smell
- Products returned after 3 days of delivery
- Products purchased during final sale events
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If your Elite Collection product arrives damaged or defective:
- Free return pickup
- Full refund (no ₹100 fee) OR free replacement
- Send us a video showing the issue
- We will arrange everything within 24 hours
Rare Collection – Returns & Exchanges:
Rare Collection products are FINAL SALE.
- No returns accepted
- No exchanges accepted
Why no return:
Rare Collection pieces are limited edition. Due to the exclusive nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- We produce very limited quantities
- Stock may or may not be restocked
- Each piece is exclusive and special
- Returned products cannot be resold as new
